Prior to founding PHG, Brian was a Vice President at Blackstone in the Credit group, where he closed on $4bn+ of loans to support buyouts, recaps and growth of middle-market companies. Brian began his career in the investment banking group at Perella Weinberg Partners, focused on corporate restructuring and M&A.

Brandon Hall

Head of Valuation

Brandon founded BGH Valuation in 2016 with a mission to deliver efficient, high-quality business valuation and appraisal services to SBA lenders, attorneys, CPAs, and small business owners nationwide. In March 2025, BGH Valuation Services became a PHG Advisory company, expanding the firm’s capabilities across valuation, CFO advisory, exit planning, and bookkeeping services. Under Brandon’s leadership, the firm has completed over 2,000+ valuations across 100+ industries.
 
Prior to launching BGH, Brandon built his career in public accounting at Baker Tilly before moving into corporate finance roles at Polaris Industries and Best Buy Corporate, where he gained firsthand experience in the acquisition process.

Logan Marita

Head of CFO/Bookkeeping

Prior to PHG, Logan served in Alvarez and Marsal’s CFO services group supporting private equity backed clients in an interim and advisory capacity with solutions to preserve and generate value for their businesses through best-in-class financial management. Logan began his career at Ecolab’s in the financial leadership program, focused on credit risk and international strategic finance.

Prior to founding PHG, Adam was a Vice President at A&M Capital, a $4bn private equity fund with a focus on buy & builds, where he executed numerous acquisitions, primarily in the facility and business services industries. Adam began his career in the investment banking group at Perella Weinberg Partners, focused on M&A and corporate restructuring.

Luke Saunders

Prior to joining PHG, Luke was a Director at Finquest, a global M&A deal sourcing provider that supported private equity funds both pre-investment committee and with their acquisitive portfolio companies. Luke has spent over a decade working with investment professionals and management teams in an advisory capacity.

Shawn Ryan

Prior to joining PHG, Shawn was CFO of Lumio Solutions a leading data management and analytics company for financial institutions. Earlier in his career, Shawn held leadership roles in audit, finance, marketing and product at Capital One and S&P Global.
